Event Description

The Manotick Legion is hosting its first annual Health & Wellness Fair specifically designed for residents aged 50 and older. This community event offers a day filled with fun, learning, and movement to support seniors and veterans in our rural areas. Attendees can enjoy live demonstrations of Tai Chi and Chair Yoga accompanied by a live cellist, try out senior self-defence, or join in on some line dancing. There will also be free health screenings, door prizes, and informative presentations on topics such as hearing health, ALS, and sexual health for seniors.
